InstaForex Company presents an apology to its customers for the disconnection, which occurred on all trading servers by reason of a wide Company’s provider disruption. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the technical breakdown happened through no fault of ours and was caused by network problems of our provider, which resulted in the majority of data centers inaccessibility.

This is the first-ever large technical failure which involved a few trading servers simultaneously, in this connection the specialists from the technical service of the company assert that this situation will not re-occur.
